This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s P6 client/server based solution. Participants will gain background knowledge in the concepts of planning and scheduling. This course leads students through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project from inception through two progress updates. The course content and workshops use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs. This training will get you started with one of the most popular and widely used project scheduling systems in the world.  Using carefully scripted and narrated  lessons, you will see how to operate Primavera P6 Professional.  The live action demonstrations show you how to perform the various tasks required to build out your schedules.  Then, you perform hands on exercises to gain real experience working with the tool.  There are also quick assignments at the end of each lesson to help you retain the key knowledge gained during each class instruction.  The below mention all the course outline that we will cover in this course with practical session.
